New Website!

It's been a busy time here at DBM HQ with barely the time to talk about it! NOORDERSLAG/EUROSONIC 2012

12th February 2012

Always enjoyable with great panels, fantastic bands to see, and plenty of drinks parties, as usual we headed off to Groningen to Noorderslag/Eurosonic  arriving early for the EBBAs with live performances from the 10 winners, which included the fantastic Irishman James Vincent McMorrow, Belgian Selah Sue and the Netherlands very own Afrojack.               Followed swifly by the European Festival awards, with an excellent live performance from Selah Sue and a lifetime achievement ward for Michael Eavis, it was a busy first night!

City Showcase London

Dawson Breed Music is delighted to be helping out at  City Showcase London again this year. City Showcase, London’s leading festival for new music, takes place annually, this year from 5-9 May 2010. Dawson Breed Music attended the International Live Music Conference again this year meeting up with old and new friends and listening and discussing the future of the music business and the constant changes within it. There were some very entertaining panels as usual and interesting debates. Kicking off on Thursday March 11th with a production meeting discussing and sharing production issues such as weather conditions, staging and technical expectations  relevant for all those working on live production. Very useful for Bearded Theory Festival the festival we work closely with.

Gibson Guitar Showroom Showcase

Esoterica and The Boy Done Good at The Gibson Guitar Showroom showcase in London on June 23rd 2009 performed to a music industry only audience of promoters, indie labels, publishers, PR, press, TV & Radio. Despite the extreme heat, not just in temperature, both bands gave a fantastic performance. Noostar were there to film it too, check out their website, it's the online talent show, and The Boy Done Good are still holding the No1 position!
