London City Showcase took place earleir this year on 7th, 8th &9th of May with new talent showcasing in various venues across London, and Dawson Breed Music were there, helping out at the Borderline.

Dawson Breed Music and Respect Music Limited have been working on a joint venture with young Edinburgh songwriter/producers Reid&Stanners to celebrate the songwriting talents of Roy Orbison. Barbara Orbison Productions has chosen the Reid&Stannersversion of You’re The One to be featured on a Roy Orbisontribute album due for imminent release on itunes. They will also perform the song for her at a special event to be held at The Gibson Rooms London on the 23rd April 2009 which is Roy Orbison’s birthday. DBM has just returned from Groningen in the Netherlands where we saw some of Europes exceptional talent. We also attended the European Breaker Awards hosted by the fabulous Joolz Holland.
